Nose
Rich sherry warmth greets the nose with dried apricot and fig, orange zest, and raisin, coaxed by polished oak. Almond, cocoa, and vanilla rise in harmony with subtle spice—nutmeg and cinnamon—finishing in a softly floral, caramel-tinged allure.
Palate
Silky and refined on the palate, a playful orchard chorus of green apple and pear with lemon zest, buoyed by soft vanilla and a light oak grip. A gentle sherry lift adds dried fruit, subtle spice, and a hint of almond, smoothing into a delicate, almost waxy mouthfeel. Clean, balanced, and persisting with subtle sweetness and warmth.
Finish
Long, elegant finish; sherried fruit notes of dried plum and fig intertwine with orange peel, cacao and warm oak spice, fading to a silky, refined sweetness.
