Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep burnished amber with copper-gold highlights and a hint of mahogany along the rim.
Nose
Opulent and luminous on the nose, it opens with sherry-soaked richness—dark plum, fig, and raisin folded with burnt orange zest. Beneath, toasted oak, vanilla bean, and cocoa nib weave through malt, while a subtle spice and almond note add refined warmth that lingers into a long, resinous finish.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, it delivers dried fig and plum, almond, and dark chocolate, lifted by orange zest and toffee. Rich oak and spice—nutmeg and cinnamon—bring warmth, ending in a long, cacao-dusted finish.
Finish
Silky and opulent, the finish unfolds with sherry-driven richness—raisin, fig, dark chocolate—woven with polished oak and a whisper of spice. It lingers long and warm, slowly drying to a refined, tobacco-tinged oak, leaving a memory of luxurious, contemplative sweetness.
