Ledaig Claxton's Single Cask Whisky 10 Year Old · 2008 Vintage
Out of stock
A rather fine independantly bottled 10 year old whisky from the Tobermory distillery on Mull. Ledaig, the heavily peated variation has been matured solely in a refill hogshead before being bottled at cask strength.
Earthy and malty on the nose with light vanilla sweetness. The palate shiws a slight saltiness, cinder and ashes and quite a pronounced peppery spiciness. The finish is long, dry, warming and smokey.
