Rich golden amber with sunlit honey highlights and a warm coppery depth.

Nose

Delicate, sweet nose of vanilla custard and toffee, opening to tropical fruit—banana and pineapple. Popcorn sweetness wafts through, joined by creamy, vanilla-tinged notes and a touch of spice from first-fill ex-Bourbon casks, all resting on a gentle wood backbone.

Palate

Silky and creamy on the palate, with a delicate sweetness that coats the mouth. Banana and pineapple bring tropical notes, while vanilla custard and a touch of spiced oak add warmth. Subtle popcorn nuance lifts the mid-palate, finishing clean with a gentle vanilla glow.

Finish

Elegant, long finish with creamy vanilla custard and warm spice lingering alongside sweet popcorn and tropical fruit—banana and pineapple—delicately fading into toasty grain sweetness.
