Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with mahogany depth and coppery highlights, a rich, sun-warmed glow.
Nose
Macerated dark fruits with a luscious creaminess, a plush sherry-driven aroma of prunes and raisins wrapped in velvety dairy sweetness.
Palate
Warm winter spices—cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove—rise over crunchy Demerara sugar, a creamy, sherried sweetness building mid-palate. The 58% ABV lends a measured warmth that threads dried fruit and toasted oak, yielding a rich, polished finish with lingering sweetness and depth.
Finish
A long, creamy finish that lingers with generous, rich sweetness. Velvety and warm, it leaves a soft echo of toffee and dried dark fruit, accented by subtle sherry spice and a lasting, creamy oak glow.
