Colour

Deep burnished amber with mahogany undertones and coppery glints, a glossy chestnut core that shimmers with a ruby-tinged glow.

Nose

Intense sherry perfume floods the nose, delivering dark fruit compote of raisin, fig and plum layered with cacao, toffee and praline. Spices—cinnamon, clove and nutmeg—echo with orange zest, vanilla and a whisper of polished leather, all resting on velvety oak.

Palate

Silky, full-bodied and decisively sherried. Deep dried fruits—figs, dates and raisins—coexist with dark chocolate, espresso and burnt sugar. Candied orange peel and warm spice (cinnamon, nutmeg) weave through the palate, while polished oak and a hint of almond lend structure. Velvety yet powerful at cask strength, it lingers with a creamy, cacao-kissed finish.

Finish

An enduring, velvety finish lingers with espresso-dark fruit and cocoa, wrapped in rich sherry sweetness. Spices—clove and orange zest—drift through warm oak, with hints of tobacco and walnut. The echo fades slowly into a dry, refined tail that remains long and luxurious on the palate.
