Colour
Rich amber-gold with coppery undertones and a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
Delicate maritime aroma with bright citrus and vanilla. Honeyed toffee and creamy oak mingle with orchard fruits—pear and apple—while a hint of almond and spice adds subtle depth. A whisper of sea salt and a touch of sherry lend a soft, sun-warmed sweetness, inviting and refined.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied on the palate, with a soft sweetness that echoes toffee and dried fruit. Sherried warmth adds raisin, fig and cocoa, while orange zest hints lift the mid-palate. Subtle salt and spice threads through, finishing with a mellow, lingering warmth.
Finish
Long, maritime finish with a coastal brine and warming spice. Dried fruit, toffee and almond linger, giving way to cacao and a soft sea-salt echo that slowly fades into the warmth of oak.
