Colour
Radiant amber-gold with coppery highlights and a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
Vanilla and caramel dominate, lifted by creamy bourbon oak, honeyed citrus and toasted spice. A delicate coastal sea-salt note and a whisper of smoke drift in, leaving a warm, inviting impression.
Palate
Warm, mouth-coating palate built on Bourbon vanilla and toffee, with creamy honey and citrus zest. Rich orchard fruit and baking-spice notes—cinnamon and nutmeg—intertwined with toasted oak. A touch of maritime salt lifts the mid-palate, while a whisper of smoke linger, finishing with charred sweetness and long, silky warmth.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish coats the palate with vanilla and toasted oak, backed by Bourbon-spice and a kiss of citrus zest. A faint smoke lingers, fading into a smooth, warming sweetness that invites another sip.
