Palate
Bold and bright on the palate with a silky, medium-bodied frame. Zesty apple and citrus lead, balanced by vanilla and honeyed sweetness. Spices emerge—cinnamon and clove—over dried fruit and subtle sherry, with toasted oak. The finish is warm and persistent, leaving a refined cocoa note and gentle oak.
Finish
Long, warming finish of peppery spice and toasted oak, with vanilla and orchard fruit lingering, then fading to a gentle sweetness and a final kiss of ginger and citrus zest.
