Johnnie Walker Black Label Directors Cut Blade Runner 2049 Blended Scotch Whisky
In stock
Johnnie Walker Black Label Director’s Cut – Blade Runner 2049 is a special limited edition created in collaboration with the highly anticipated 2017 film Blade Runner 2049. Working closely with the film’s director, Denis Villeneuve, Johnnie Walker Master Blender Jim Beveridge set out to imagine what whisky might taste like in the future.
This unique expression takes the classic Black Label style and gives it a smokier, more intense twist. Blended from more than 30 single malts and grain whiskies, it delivers greater depth and complexity while staying true to the signature Johnnie Walker balance. Bottled at 49% ABV — a deliberate nod to the year in which the film is set — this Director’s Cut offers a bolder, more cinematic take on one of the world’s most famous blended Scotch whiskies.
Limited to just 39,000 bottles worldwide, this release was created as a tribute to the Blade Runner universe and its exploration of identity, technology, and humanity. It is both a collectible piece for film fans and a distinctive whisky for those who appreciate a richer, smokier style of Johnnie Walker Black Label.
Best enjoyed neat or with a drop of water to fully appreciate its layered character, this limited edition represents a meeting point between whisky craftsmanship and cinematic storytelling.
