Featured in the 1001 whiskies you must try before you die book.
A kentucky straight Bourbon made up of 6-10 stock from a mash of 60% Corn 30% Rye and 10% Barley and lightly charred oak (No1 Char for all you Bourbon geeks!) hard to find out where the stock comes from but when it is this good who cares?
A very well balanced Bourbon, soft and creamy with some pleasing spice and oak and very easy drinking.
Featured in Ian Buxton's 101 world whiskies to try before you die book.
