A kentucky straight Bourbon made up of 6-10 stock from a mash of 60% Corn 30% Rye and 10% Barley and lightly charred oak (No1 Char for all you Bourbon geeks!) hard to find out where the stock comes from but when it is this good who cares?

A very well balanced Bourbon, soft and creamy with some pleasing spice and oak and very easy drinking.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Soft and creamy with banana and toffee, caramelised apple, subtle spice, toasted marshmallows and vanilla ice cream.

Palate

Orange honey, spiced honeycomb, vanilla sponge cake, creamy custard tart, warming spices, buttery popcorn.

Finish

Crepe suzette (Pancakes & orange) some minty rye creeping in but the creamy oak and buttery popcorn return for a long and mellow finish.
