A kentucky straight Bourbon made up of 6-10 stock from a mash of 60% Corn 30% Rye and 10% Barley and lightly charred oak (No1 Char for all you Bourbon geeks!) hard to find out where the stock comes from but when it is this good who cares?
A very well balanced Bourbon, soft and creamy with some pleasing spice and oak and very easy drinking.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber with coppery glints and honeyed-gold overtones, a warm, caramel-tinged glow that hints at toasted oak and smooth sweetness.
Nose
Soft and creamy with banana and toffee, caramelised apple, subtle spice, toasted marshmallows and vanilla ice cream.
Palate
On the palate, orange honey and spiced honeycomb mingle with vanilla sponge cake and creamy custard tart, entwined with warming spices and buttery popcorn.
Finish
Crepe Suzette with orange zest, a whisper of minty rye, then creamy oak and buttery popcorn return for a long, mellow finish.
