Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a warm caramel glow, edged by a subtle mahogany depth.
Nose
Opulent vanilla and caramel entwine with toasted oak, releasing warm spices of cinnamon and clove. Subtle citrus zest and dried fruit join a quiet tobacco note, with creamy corn sweetness lingering.
Palate
Opens with a rich, full-bodied palate of vanilla and caramel, dotted with brown sugar and toasted oak. Spices rise—cinnamon, clove, and black pepper—alongside citrus zest and a hint of almond. The 47% ABV lends a warm, silky bite that carries through the mid-palate. A long finish of vanilla toast, maple sweetness, and lingering oak spice.
Finish
Exquisite, long finish that begins with vanilla and caramel, expands into toasted oak and subtle maple. A whisper of charcoal smoke threads through dark fruit and spice, with cinnamon and clove lingering before a velvety, warm fade.
