An unregistered bottle complete with original box which is in 100% mint condition.
Released in 1998
In 1913 Jack Daniel’s entered another whiskey competition, this time in Ghent, Belgium. Although Jack was no longer there to represent his whiskey, the Distillery still walked away with another gold medal. This bottle commemorates that achievement.
Beginning in 1996 and continuing for the next 10 years, the Jack Daniel Distillery released its Gold Medal Series of commemorative bottles. Comprised of seven unique designs, each bottle in this series celebrates a different gold medal won by the Distillery. In the U.S., the series featured 750ml bottles filled with 90 proof whiskey. International markets offer these bottles only in a 1 litre size, with the exception of the first bottle in the series which was available only in the 750ml size.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich, warm amber with honeyed gold highlights and coppery undertones; a sunlit, bronzed glow that shifts with the light.
Nose
Rich and inviting, the nose opens with vanilla-tinged caramel, a drizzle of maple, and warm toasted oak. Sweet corn sweetness threads through, balanced by a bright citrus lift and a kiss of spice. Subtle leather and vanilla bean linger, suggesting refined age and the commemorative elegance of this bottle.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied, this Tennessee whiskey pours vanilla and caramel in harmony with toasted oak. A whisper of citrus and spice glides through the mid-palate, while charcoal mellowing keeps it smooth and balanced. The finish is warm and persistent, leaving a gentle sweetness and oak resonance that lingers gracefully.
Finish
Rich and silky, the finish leans into warm vanilla and honeyed caramel, with toasted oak providing structure. A whisper of spice unfurls, then a long, clean fade of char and sweetness that lingers with refined warmth.
