Now in its 3rd year, the 2013 Holiday Select bottle was once again released at the Distillery in December with a signing taking place on December 7th. Keeping the tradition alive, this bottle came in a sturdy black box and was filled with whiskey from the barrels used to make the annual Christmas Barrel Tree.
This 3rd year bottle was filled with 98 proof whiskey, higher than the bottle from 2012.

Long, warming finish with caramelized vanilla and toasted oak that lingers. Notes of Christmas spice—cinnamon and clove—drift over a subtle orange zest, while the 98-proof backbone remains silky yet persistent, fading to a soft, resinous oak echo.
