The Flintlock Batch No.3 is a marriage of six hand selected Irish Single Malt casks. Each cask was chosen based on its unique flavour and attributes, before the final blend (with a minimum age of 15 years) is finished in a Moscatel Sherry Butt. This harmonises the liquid, imparting complexity and gives the Whiskey a rich, grapelike and floral character.

Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a honeyed, sunlit glow.
Nose
Perfumed nose of Muscat grape richness—raisin and grape must—elevated by white florals such as orange blossom, jasmine and lilac. Honeyed citrus notes and almond nuance from the Moscatel Sherry finish temper the malt, with soft oak spice lingering in the background.
Palate
Silky and layered, it delivers grapey Moscatel-sherry richness with ripe fruit and a perfumed floral lift. A touch of creamy vanilla and soft spice threads through the mid-palate, concluding with a long, refined finish that lingers with aromatic sweetness and balance.
Finish
Long, refined finish with grapey sweetness and delicate floral lift, carried by Moscatel sherry nuances. Lingering notes of grape, orange blossom, and honey unfold into subtle oak spice, fading to a warm, elegant echo that lingers with quiet sophistication.
