Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold with coppery depths and a honeyed, sunlit glow.
Nose
Rich sherry-soaked aromas mingle with old oak, a silent maturation releasing dark plum, fig and dried apricot. Sweet toffee and brown sugar entwine with orange zest and almond, while a subtle cacao note and a thread of leather add depth. Refined and inviting, it hints at a sumptuous, time-kept spirit.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied on the palate, with plush malt carried by sherry-laced richness and rich dried fruits—fig and raisin—with orange zest, cocoa, and toffee. Sherry depth adds almond and spice notes of cinnamon and clove, wrapped in velvety oak. The finish is long and warming, revealing hints of fudge, dark chocolate, and a subtle, mellow sweetness.
Finish
Long, refined and softly sherried, the finish lingers with fig and raisin, toasted oak and cocoa, then a kiss of orange zest and leather. Velvet warmth echoes into a lingering, timeless afterglow.
