Nose
Sweet malt aroma with fruity yeasts at the core, like ripe orchard fruit lifted by a honeyed sweetness. A generous, warming kiss of vanilla spice folds through the scent, yielding an inviting, refined and fragrant profile.
Palate
Full-bodied and creamy on the palate, the malt sweetness meets fruity yeast with a warm vanilla spine. Sherried depth lends dark fruit, cocoa and spice—cinnamon, clove and nutmeg—woven through toasted oak. A rich, honeyed toffee note lingers, carried by a suave, lingering finish.
Finish
Long, warming finish that clings with vanilla-spice warmth—cinnamon and clove—over sweet malts. Subtle dried fruit and nutty sherry notes emerge, fading to a gentle, malt-forward sweetness that lingers gracefully on the palate.
