Holyrood Distillery
(HOL-ee-rood) Holyrood Distillery is a Lowland single malt Scotch whisky distillery in central Edinburgh, close to Holyrood Park and the city’s Old Town. Opened in 2019, it was the first operational single malt distillery in central Edinburgh for almost a century, built inside a former railway goods shed dating back to 1831.
