Nose
Peat smoke weaves with maritime air, pairing honeyed barley, vanilla and toasted malt. Sherry-dark fruit—fig and raisin—emerges alongside a saline lift of sea breeze, all resting on polished oak for a refined, resinous aroma.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied on the palate, this Highland Park presents honeyed orchard fruit, vanilla cream and toasted oak, woven with a delicate, resinous peat smoke. Subtle sherry warmth brings dried apricot, toasted almond and spice, yielding a creamy, long, warming finish.
Finish
Long, warming finish with rich sherry sweetness, dark fruit and toasted almond. Subtle peat and maritime notes drift through orange zest and vanilla, finishing in warming spice, cocoa and a soft oak glow that lingers.
