Palate
Robust and luxurious on the palate, clouded heather honey and ripe mango mingle with crushed aniseed and pink grapefruit zest, while whipped vanilla cream lends a silky sweetness. Rich sponge cake notes rise beneath a backbone of smouldering peat, delivering a full-bodied, balanced, long finish.
Finish
Long, smoky finish with smouldering peat, sherry-softened oak and a warm veil of vanilla. Subtle citrus zest of pink grapefruit lingers, alongside honeyed mango and rich sponge cake, fading to lasting spice.
