Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with sunlit honey tones and a coppery glow.
Nose
Sweet vanilla and toffee rise from honeyed orchard fruit, perfumed by bourbon oak. A gentle peat smoke and sea breeze linger in creamy wax, while orange zest and almond spice lift the aroma to a bright, coastal note.
Palate
Silky and slightly oily on the tongue, Highland Park from a single Bourbon cask delivers honeyed vanilla, toffee and citrus zest, folded with orchard fruit and soft spice. Creamy oak, a kiss of sea salt, and a whisper of peat weave through, finishing warm, smooth, and subtly smoky.
Finish
Silky vanilla and honey coat the palate, revealing citrus zest and a whisper of crème brûlée. A gentle Highland Park coastal smoke unfurls, carried by creamy bourbon sweetness. The finish is long and refined, with baking-spice warmth, toasted oak, and a delicate maritime salinity that lingers, leaving a resinous sweetness on the tongue.
