Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with coppery warmth and a mahogany edge, a rich, sunset-gold glow.

Nose

Sherry-cask driven, this nose offers dried figs and raisins with candied orange peel, brightened by dark toffee and vanilla. Toasted oak, almond and walnut intertwine with warm spice—nutmeg and clove—plus a touch of leather and cocoa. Elegant and inviting, with a refined, lingering finish.

Palate

Silky and indulgent on the palate, this 20-year blend unfurls with mahogany richness: dried fig and raisin, orange peel and caramelized toffee, woven with sherry-sweet oak. Velvet textures yield to warm spice—clove, nutmeg, cocoa—leading to a long, quietly nutty finish.

Finish

Long, elegant finish with sherry-cask sweetness lingering beside toasted almond and dried fig. Rich cocoa and spice weave through warm oak, leaving a soft, velvety glow and a final whisper of leather and orange zest.
