Colour

Deep amber with a warm copper-gold glow.

Nose

Custard sweetness with vanilla and a trace of nutmeg, hints of strudel and a kiss of sweet oak.

Palate

Egg custard tart opens the palate, unfolding wave after wave of vanilla and rich, creamy-dessert flavours; a mellow, silky grain coats the mouth with gentle sweetness.

Finish

Satisfyingly syrupy-sweet finish, with candied fruit and a Panettone-like aftertaste.
