Gilded amber with a warm, sunlit copper glow and a subtle mahogany edge.
Nose
Stewed pears rise from the glass, threaded with boiled sweets, as fresh walnut adds a nutty depth and a warm crumble note. A comforting, rustic aroma that hints at orchard sweetness and the whisky’s thoughtful, cask-driven maturation.
Palate
Cocoa nibs anchor the palate, bright orange zest lending a citrus lift, and crisp apple adding freshness, while a peppery spark threads through to a lingering, resilient finish.
Finish
Long and nutty, the finish lingers with dark chocolate and bitter almond, slowly turning to bright green apple for a crisp, lingering finale.
