Tasting Notes
Colour
Pale gold with honeyed straw undertones; a bright, luminous glow that hints at a soft amber at the rim.
Nose
Lemon thyme and sappy vanilla open the nose, then melted white chocolate, sugared almonds and Turkish delight powder unfold, with candied tropical fruit and marzipan lending confectionery, citrus-tinged sweetness.
Palate
Lemon cheesecake echoes with generous vanilla and almond, a spicy, waxy mouthfeel unfolding into egg custard and Victoria sponge notes, lightly dusted with icing sugar, sherbet, and white chocolate and champagne truffles.
Finish
Fresh vanilla biscuits and sugared almonds melt into cake icing as candied fruits linger, punctuated by lemon sherbet, pear drops, and a lingering fizzy spice like lemonade or ginger ale.
