Colour

Nose

Opulent orchard fruit aroma of pear and apple, wrapped in vanilla and honey. Subtle almond, soft oak, and a whisper of sherry release dried raisin and cocoa. A poised spice note—clove and white pepper—lends depth, while a polished, resinous warmth from 50.2% ABV lingers in the background.

Palate

Silky, full-bodied and warming on the palate, it unfolds a procession of dried fruits, fig, raisin and orange peel, set in creamy toffee. Sherry depth adds dark chocolate, roasted nuts and spice, with cinnamon and clove. A lush, velvety texture coats the mouth, and the finish is long and warm, with subtle sweetness and lingering hints of oak.

Finish

Long, velvety finish, sherry-tinged with dark fruit, toffee and toasted oak. Raisin and fig linger with cocoa nib and spice, slowly fading to a warm, elegant glow.
