Colour

Bright sunlit gold with honeyed amber depth and a subtle copper glow

Nose

Delicate pear and apple mingle with vanilla, honey and a touch of toffee, brightened by citrus zest. Subtle French oak adds cedar and spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—with a whisper of cocoa and almond. Elegant, warm and inviting, the nose hints at a refined, well-balanced maturation.

Palate

Silky, light-to-mid-bodied, it coats the palate with vanilla custard, honeyed apple and pear, plus a touch of citrus zest. French oak adds refined spice—cinnamon, nutmeg, a whisper of clove—paired with toasted oak for a smooth, velvety finish.

Finish

Silky, long finish with creamy vanilla and gentle baking spices, carried by toasted French oak. Subtle orchard fruit lingers as the heat settles, tapering to a warm, softly drying finale and a refined, oak-kissed glow.
