Fresh, delicate aromas of citrus zest, green apple and pear rise over soft malt and vanilla. A kiss of honeyed sweetness and subtle floral notes hover over light oak, yielding a clean, inviting Lowland profile.

Palate

Elegant and light, it glides across the palate with soft malt, lemon zest and green apple, buoyed by vanilla. Subtle sherry notes bring a whisper of dried fruit and almond, while delicate oak and a kiss of spice keep it poised. Finish is clean, lightly nutty, with a refined, lingering balance.

Finish

Long and delicate, the finish reveals vanilla cream and soft malt, with bright lemon zest and a kiss of honey, lingering into a clean, lightly oaken warmth.
