Part of Glengoyne’s new White Oak range that highlights American oak influence alongside the distillery’s traditional slow-distilled, unpeated spirit, this release offers layered character with notes of vanilla and toasted oak, bright citrus and honey sweetness, soft tropical hints and gentle spice on the palate, finishing with lingering oak and delicate fruit complexity.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep golden amber with warm honey highlights.
Nose
Rich vanilla and toasted oak envelop the senses, with bright lemon curd and honey sweetness layered with plum jam, desiccated coconut and spiced apple pastry dusted with icing sugar, finished with zest of lime.
Palate
Gently balanced with surprising depth, it delivers bright lemon and key lime pie, honeycomb sweetness and soft tropical notes. The warm, creamy oak lingers, with hints of star anise, dark chocolate and vanilla to finish.
Finish
Long and well aged, the finish unfolds with toffee‑apple sweetness, delicate citrus and a lingering oak embrace.
