Nose
Notes of dried fig and raisin mingle with orange zest and almond, folded into walnut and toffee. Subtle sherry influence threads through honeyed malt, while mature oak and a hint of spice—vanilla and cinnamon—lend refined, age-softened elegance. A Highland aroma of quiet, dignified depth that promises patience and rarity.
Palate
Silky yet substantial on the palate, it coats with creamy malt and refined sherry sweetness. Dried fruits—fig, raisin, date—intermingle with orange zest and almond notes, tempered by gentle spice and polished oak. The texture is lush and elegant, finishing long with cacao, coffee and a warm, resinous wood fade that lingers.
Finish
An enduring sherried finish coats the palate with dark fruit, cacao and toasted oak, threaded with spice and a hint of orange zest. The warm, velvety glow lingers long, evolving into a refined, polished aftertaste that speaks of rare elegance.
