Colour
Deep, burnished amber with mahogany depth and copper-gold highlights.
Nose
A plush aroma of red fruits, aged leather and brown sugar, woven with sherry-rich depth and a warm, decadent Highland character.
Palate
Soft oak with a cinnamon warmth supports stewed fruits and a Seville marmalade tang. On the palate, rich sherried sweetness blossoms into dark fruit depth, then a lingering finish of spice and subtle liquorice.
Finish
An exceptionally long, opulent finish that unfurls with spicy liquorice and warming cinnamon, lingering over treacle and sherried fruit before slowly drying on soft oak.
