Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery mahogany hues and a sun-bronze glow.
Nose
Opulent sherry influence dominates, with plush dried fruits—figs, raisins, and candied orange—layered with walnut and toffee, deepened by dark chocolate and espresso. A whisper of spice—cinnamon and clove—melds with oak, delivering a refined, velvety aroma of depth and quiet elegance.
Palate
Opulent and full-bodied, with a velvety mouthfeel. Rich dried fruits—fig, prune, raisin—layer with dark chocolate, espresso, and toasted almond, all wrapped in sherry-tinged oak. Spices emerge—cinnamon, clove, a hint of white pepper. The finish is long and warming, with leather, cacao, and a final kiss of oak that lingers gracefully.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish that lingers with sherried fruit, dark chocolate and orange zest, weaving through warm spice and polished oak. A creamy, velvety fade of dried cherry, coffee bean and tobacco, settling into a refined, lasting warmth.
