Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with a warm, sun-kissed glow and a subtle coppery undertone.
Nose
Ripe orchard fruits meet a gentle sherry glow: plums, raisins and fig mingle with cocoa, orange zest and almond paste, while vanilla and toasted oak lend warmth and a polished, luxurious nose.
Palate
Silky, sherried coating with rich dried fruits—raisin, fig, date—touched by orange zest and baked apple. Luxurious toffee and dark chocolate weave with spice notes of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, atop polished oak and a whisper of vanilla. The finish is long and warm, with fruit, cocoa and spice fading slowly.
Finish
Velvety, extended finish where rich sherry sweetness lingers—dark raisin and fig mingle with sultana, wrapped in toasted almond and cocoa. A gentle spice threads through, while warm oak and a whisper of vanilla drift long after the last sip.
