Golden amber with honeyed warmth, coppery highlights and a whisper of mahogany.

Creamy, nutty aromas lead the way: vanilla custard, toasted almonds and hazelnuts mingle with dried fruit and a delicate sherry sweetness. Subtle cocoa and orange zest weave through a soft spice, revealing the velvety character born of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks.
Palate
Creamy, velvety on the palate with nutty richness—almond and hazelnut layered over vanilla and toffee, with a gentle oak glow. Bourbon sweetness intertwines with sherry-influenced depth, delivering dried-fruit notes of raisin and plum, plus a hint of spice. The finish is long and plush, lightly cocoa-dusted, leaving a refined malt warmth.

Long, silky finish with creamy vanilla and almond toffee, a nutty hazelnut warmth, and a subtle sherry-driven sweetness that lingers alongside cocoa and spice, fading to warm oak.
