Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep mahogany with coppery highlights and a warm amber glow.
Nose
Opulent sherry aroma fills the glass: dark raisins and figs mingle with orange zest, burnt toffee and cocoa. Leather and aged oak add depth, with cinnamon and clove providing warm spice, finishing in a velvet, coffee-kissed hint.
Palate
Opulent and sherried on the palate, it opens with fig and prune, unfolding into dark chocolate, toffee and orange zest. Spices (cinnamon and clove) add warmth against polished oak, yielding a velvety mouthfeel. The long finish carries dried-fruit sweetness and a touch of leather, leaving an impression of quiet power and refinement.
Finish
A velvety, long finish that unfurls with praline sweetness and rich dried fruit. Cocoa, fig and orange peel weave through spicy oak, heightening warmth as whispers of leather and tobacco linger. The sherried depth persists, ending in a sumptuous sweetness that lingers with graceful, contemplative elegance.
