Deep amber with mahogany hues and coppery highlights, a warm, wine-dark glow.
Nose
A luxurious bouquet of dried fruits—raisins, figs, dates—woven with dark chocolate and polished oak. Sherry-cask maturation adds nutty richness and subtle cherry-liqueur notes, while warm spice—cinnamon and clove—gives a refined, lingering perfume.
Palate
On the palate, rich and elegant, dried fruits and dark chocolate nestle against a polished oak backbone, with warm spice weaving through. Velvety and full-bodied, it unfolds toward a long, refined finish.
Finish
Long, refined and elegant, the finish lingers with dried fruits, dark chocolate and warm spice, carried by polished oak as the sherry influence gradually abates.
