Glencadam Reservé de Burgundy Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been created in small batches by our Master Distiller, who has carefully selected single malt matured in exceptional American oak ex-bourbon casks from our historic dunnage warehouses.
The single malt in these casks has been expertly married then finished in hand selected Pinot Noir wine barrels from Burgundy, France.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Radiant amber-gold with a delicate ruby glow at the rim, a warm copper core; a whisky subtly tinted by Burgundy Pinot Noir finish.
Nose
Opulent, fruit-forward aroma of dark fruits, Morello cherry jam, stewed plums and a silky hint of chocolate mousse.
Palate
Sweet and oily on the palate, it delivers layers of cooked blackcurrants, brambles and banana bread with Brazil nuts. Espresso depths mingle with hints of clove and star anise, adding warmth and spice.
Finish
Mocha coffee and Black Forest gateau linger, fading into warming ginger and nutmeg, with a final kiss of cedar spice that leaves a dusky, enduring warmth.
