A big, rich, 21 year old single malt whisky that is predominantly matured in ex-Bourbon casks. Bold citrus, sweet vanilla, barley, and aromatic wood spice. Rich and creamy on the palate with vanilla, caramel, fudge, tropical fruit, coconut, and tangy citrus. The finish is more savoury with oak, clove, resinous wood, and peppery spice.
Bottled at 46% ABV. Natural colour and un-chill filterred.

Rich and creamy on the palate, vanilla and caramel frame fudge, tropical fruit and coconut, with tangy orange citrus. Refined and gentle, it glides through floral notes and candied peel sweetness, balanced by peppery oak, spice, and resinous wood, finishing savoury, long and dignified.
Finish
An enduring, dignified finish of savoury oak, clove, and resinous wood with peppery spice. It lingers gracefully, a refined warmth that coats the palate and echoes the whisky’s oak‑driven depth.
