Palate
Velvety and medium-bodied, the palate opens with sun-warmed orchard fruit—pear and apple—mantled by vanilla and polished oak. Sherry nuance adds raisin and fig, with cocoa accents and a whisper of orange zest. Ginger and clove spark a refined spice, leading to a long, elegant finish where caramel, almond and oak linger gracefully.

Long and refined, the finish carries a rich sherried warmth, with dried fruit and dark chocolate notes cascading into warm spice. Polished oak threads through, leaving a velvety, lingering fade that invites the next sip.
