Silky, medium-full on the palate, with refined sweetness of dried orange zest, fig and apricot braided by toffee and vanilla. Sherry influence brings cocoa, almond and spice, supported by polished oak. Gentle cinnamon and nutmeg rise toward a long, warm finish of oak, coffee bean and orange zest.
