The lesser spotted Glenburgie. A distillery with quite a high output but is mostly used for Chivas Brothers Blends. Fruity, Complex and delicately floral, this is a superbly priced 20+ Year Single Malt.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Sunlit golden amber with delicate honey hues.
Nose
Notes of brown sugar covered stewed raisins mingle with hints of roasted hazelnuts. Delicate floral aromas are complemented by sweet vanilla and freshly cut dry hay.
Palate
A full, fruity palate where stewed apple, cinnamon and clove greet the tongue, giving way to ripe summer berries, fresh mint highlights and refined toasted malt undertones.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish lingers with charred oak, its warmth slowly giving way to a delicate herbal undertone that lingers on the palate.
