Glen Scotia Campbeltown Malts Festival 2021 Single Malt Scotch Whisky 10 Year Old
In stock
The Campbeltown Malts festival takes place in May each year and is a celebration of all that is unique and special surrounding Campbeltown and it's whisky making heritage.
To celebrate the Campbeltown Malts Festival 2021, we have created a 10 year old, unpeated single malt, finished in first fill Bordeaux red wine casks.
Bottled at 56.1%, this single malt combines the Glen Scotia distillery character of maritime influence, fruity notes with a hint of spice, married with succulent red berries, citrus and sweet honey.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery shimmer and a ruby-red glow from the Bordeaux finish.
Nose
Salty coastal air and sea-brine lift a bright citrus bouquet, while succulent red berries—raspberry and cherry—combine with honeyed sweetness. A touch of spice threads through oak, and Bordeaux cask influence adds a polished, wine-kissed warmth.
Palate
Bracing coastal brightness frames a fruit-forward core of succulent red berries and citrus zest, lifted by a honeyed sweetness. The Bordeaux finish adds gentle spice—cinnamon and clove—and vanilla, weaving through the palate. A maritime, saline lift keeps it buoyant, while the 56.1% spirit lends weight and a long, warm red-fruit finish.
Finish
Long, maritime finish of red berry sweetness, citrus lift and Bordeaux-spice, with red fruits persisting through honeyed warmth and gentle tannins, fading to a refined, lingering glow.
