Palate

Silky and full-bodied, this dram coats the palate with dark PX-inflected sweetness backed by spicy notes of clove and cinnamon. Dried fig and raisin mingle with vanilla oak, while a saline coastal thread from the Campbeltown character keeps it buoyant. A long, balanced finish of fruit, spice and gentle oak lingers.
