Palate
On the palate, a warm, nutty core sits atop a velvet vanilla spine, with gentle oak from first-fill bourbon and a whisper of Amontillado sherry. Almonds, toffee and dried fruit unfold, carried by a subtle maritime salinity and finishing mildly dry with a long, refined fade.
