Colour
Pale gold with sunlit honey hues and a subtle, waxy glow.
Nose
Bright elderflower cordial with lime juice and lemon zest, tempered by a mineral chalk edge. Subtle white chocolate and buttered malt loaf lend a creamy, comforting sweetness to the aroma.
Palate
Malty and crisp, the palate carries bright green apple and lime cordial with tart gooseberries, beeswax, ginger and a touch of white miso.
Finish
Clean and snappy, the finish carries dry ginger biscuits with a bright bite of green apples, and a lingering gooseberry tartness.
