Colour

Nose

Opulent sherry-influenced nose with dark figs, raisins and cocoa, wrapped in toasted oak and a caramel-toffee glow. Orange zest, clove and cinnamon weave through lifted grain, while hints of polished leather and antique wood deepen with time; at 62.5% ABV, the aroma is bold, persistent, and inviting.

Palate

Opulent and layered, it coats the palate with concentrated sherry fruit: fig, raisin and plum; caramelized burnt sugar and toffee. Rich cocoa and espresso mingle with warm spice and toasted oak, balanced by a lively lift from the 62.5% ABV. Long, leathery finish with mocha, almond and dark fruit.

Long, luxurious finish; dark fig and raisin mingle with cocoa and a kiss of orange zest, as sherry sweetness softens into toasted oak and spice. A warm, peppery glow lingers, with hints of espresso and refined bitterness that slowly fades into velvety, lasting reminiscence.
