Nose
A bright, inviting bouquet of green rhubarb, green apple glazed in icing sugar, wine gums and lemon bon-bons, kissed by vanilla oak.
Palate
Bright, zingy palate with crisp green apple and rhubarb, lifted by pear drops and a dusting of custard powder. Full-bodied yet fresh, the warmth of natural cask strength threads through vanilla oak. Lemon curd and lime zest sweep in mid-palate, followed by more green apple and vanilla custard on the long, citrus-tinged finish.
