Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with sunlit copper highlights.
Nose
Banana, citrus and plum rise on the nose, mingling with raisin, fig and gingerbread; a tropical warmth threads through an amber-gold aroma, inviting and vibrant.
Palate
Spiced pear with caramelised orange and coffee, tempered by liquorice, opens to morello cherry, plum and treacle on a lingering, velvety finish.
Finish
Long, warm finish with lingering spice and sweet fruit. Treacle and liquorice merge with dark plum and morello cherry, then orange zest and vanilla waft through, fading to toasted oak and cinnamon as the final, elegant note lingers.
