The first release of Warehouse 2 small batch series has been crafted using a hand picked selection of first fill American and European oak casks; filled with spirit that flowed from the Fettercairn stills in 2010 and has since been maturing in Fettercairn Distillery warehouse 2, bottled in 2021.

Colour
Warm amber-gold with honeyed depth and a soft copper glow.
Nose
Light, elegant and refined, the aroma unfolds with floral allure and luscious fruit: fleshy honey dew melon, Doyenne du Comice pear, cape gooseberries and freshly baked brioche, drizzled with Scottish heather honey. A delicate backdrop of ginger spice, creamy caramel, Madagascan vanilla pod and poached peaches lingers, inviting a second inhale.
Palate
Creamy coffee latte coats the palate, with tart grapefruit, spiced apple tart and cinnamon, and Turkish Delight. A splash of cool water releases a second wave—Devonshire fudge, vanilla cake, maple syrup and bright clementines—warming into a charming, layered finish.
Finish
Long, elegant finish with creamy vanilla and maple lingering into a cinnamon-spiced warmth. Faint notes of Devonshire fudge and fresh clementines persist, leaving a honeyed sweetness that softly fades.
