The third release in the collection, Warehouse 2 Batch No.003 has been crafted using a handpicked selection of ex-bourbon barrels, rum barrels and French red wine barriques; filled with spirit that flowed from the Fettercairn stills in 2015 and has since been maturing in Fettercairn Warehouse 2, before being bottled in 2022.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber with coppery glow and a whisper of ruby hues.
Nose
Warm honey and Alphonso mango greet the nose, followed by brioche and cocoa, opening to subtle forest fruits with delicate waves of rose water.
Palate
Bright passion fruit and papaya mingle with red berries and grape must, harmonised by sugared almonds, patisserie spice and a kiss of heather honey. A creamy, fruit-forward palate with a warm, dessert-like glow that lingers.
Finish
Long, honeyed finish with tropical mango and red-fruit echoes, a whisper of rum and red-wine cask spice. Cocoa and brioche notes drift through the tail as heather honey and vanilla linger, leaving a warm, soft-spiced glow.
